Cadeau wonderbox : une nuit à l'hôtel avec petit déjeuner + modelage à 2 dans la partie Spa. Nous avons aussi dîné au restaurant. Le personnel était très souriant, et attentif. La chambre était propre et agréable. Les repas étaient vraiment bons.
Bémol : Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre, nous avons donc ouvert la fenêtre pour dormir, mais nous avons été réveillés par des discussions animées côté terrasse du restaurant vers 6h du matin.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at this establishment, especially since I came with a Wonderbox gift voucher and had expectations related to a 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we had an aperitif on the terrace and noticed that, unlike the other tables, we were not served any appetizers. We had booked a table for 7:30 pm but were served at 8:30 pm, and the service was very slow. We ordered a ribeye steak for €85! Ordered medium-rare, it was served rare. I also had to ask for a suitable knife to cut the meat. There was a mistake with the bottle of red wine, which was not the one we ordered. I would not recommend this establishment; in my opinion, it does not live up to its 4-star rating!

The hotel terrace is an ideal spot for enjoying a drink while admiring Clisson Castle.
