These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all bookings made at the Best Western Plus Villa Saint Antoine Hotel, located at 8 Rue Saint Antoine, 44190 Clisson. By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from the hotel.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. The guest agrees to provide accurate information when making the reservation. Any errors or omissions may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

3. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation by the guest:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date or in case of a no-show, the total amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of cancellation by the hotel due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
- Any modification to a booking is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

5. Rates and Payment
Rates include all applicable taxes, except for the tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night.
Payment for the stay is made on-site at check-out using one of the following methods:

- Cash
6. Pets
Pets are welcome at the hotel for an additional charge of 25€ per pet per night. The guest is responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pet within the premises.
7. Liability
The hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the hotel, except in cases of proven fault by the establishment. Guests are responsible for damages caused in their rooms or common areas of the hotel and may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged property.
8. Personal Data
Information collected during the booking process is used for managing customer relationships. It will not be shared with third parties without the guest's consent, except as required by law.
9. Disputes
In case of a dispute, the guest is encouraged to contact the hotel to seek an amicable resolution. If no solution is found, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Nantes.
