If I could give 6 stars I would!
Very beautiful setting! Classy and relaxing
We were given a Smartbox for our 18th wedding anniversary! Everything was perfect and very, very well organized! From the reservation confirmation, email with explanations of access to the private parking,
The welcome was perfect! The room (number 24) was very beautiful, decorated with class, pleasant view of the river. And the castle of Clisson, what lovely music this river has.
The evening meal (chef's menu) was a delight for the taste buds and the eyes! Well done to the chef!
The SPA!!! An incredible welcome and service! Just the 2 of us! Bathrobes, music, view of the river, herbal tea, small pastries... Hallam jacuzzi! What happiness!
The staff very professional and friendly.
Breakfast also lives up to the rest!!!
A nod to the gentleman at reception who is a delight in himself.

On vient de me refuser une location de chambre pour la saint Valentin sous prétexte que c’est un règlement avec une Wonderbox que l’on m’a offerte pour mon Mariage, j’ai trouve ça honteux.
Si ce mode de règlement ne vous convient pas enlevez votre hôtel des propositions dans ce cas …

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western.
The staff is very kind and welcoming.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. As for the catering, we ate very well. The service was fast, the meal delicious and the servers were smiling and gave good advice.
We will come back without hesitation.

Very pleasant setting despite the bad weather with an attentive and very pleasant team.
On the other hand, as far as the spa is concerned, the staff is very pleasant but a jacuzzi which only works half way, moisture stains and the paint which is peeling off.
When we got the room we discovered that we had been placed in a PMR room, not very practical to take a shower being large, a bathroom that was really not clean, the paint was peeling off everywhere, in general the paint had to be looked at again. On the other hand, a really top team in serving the meal, the wine presented and well served.

The 180 cm wide bed is great, the bedding is perfect.
I recommend this hotel+++. 😊
